Hotel Horizont Resort offers accommodation in 61 rooms of various categories. Standard, Family Superior or Exclusive Suite rooms and De Luxe apartments. The total capacity of the hotel is 122 fixed beds and 32 extra beds, for a total of 154 people.
The hotel’s highlight is the exclusive private rooftop area, the Vip Sky Lounge, a Mountain wellness center made of cedar wood with many attractions, classic relaxation massages or a Thai massage center with native masseuses from Thailand.
A wide range of conference facilities is adapted to the latest trends and requirements in the field of events, trainings, congresses, weddings, teambuildings and corporate events. We offer you the space of a variable congress hall for 220 people, a meeting room, a business lounge, a VIP lounge or exterior spaces in the beautiful hotel grounds.
Who we are
TATRA TRADING INTERNATIONAL s.r.o. was founded in 1997 and provided accommodation and related services in the HORIZONT*** hotel.
The hotel is located in the village of Stará Lesná in the Tatra region of the highest international importance. The advantageous geographical location, good transport accessibility, the existence of extensive natural and cultural-historical potential in the region, excellent conditions for winter and summer tourism have already ranked this hotel among the important hotels in Slovakia in the past. Thanks to EU support for the implementation of project activities, an attractive hotel facility was created after reconstruction in 2016, capable of successfully responding to the requirements of target groups, with a comprehensive offer of high-standard tourism services with year-round use, which were not available in the vicinity of Stará Lesná until now.
The newly built congress hall has enabled the start of congress tourism, the synergistic effect is a more efficient and intensive use of existing accommodation capacities and gastronomic services. The congress hall is used all year round not only for corporate events, but also for various social, cultural and family events. The exceptional location of the hotel, with a beautiful view directly to the Lomnický štít and the widest range of exceptional wellness services will delight every visitor to this resort.
