ONLINE CHECK-IN REGISTRATION FORM
To save you time and make your stay more enjoyable, we have introduced a fast online Check-in. This tool will allow you to check in quickly and easily without unnecessary waiting at the reception.
We will automatically send you an e-mail with a request for online Check-in 3 days before your arrival. If you forget, the system will remind you 1 day before your arrival.
The online Check-in form is very simple and requires basic personal information such as name, surname, address and ID number. You can fill it out comfortably from home or anywhere, for example while traveling to us. We need this information for your reservation and by filling out the form you will help us speed up the accommodation process so that you avoid waiting at the reception.
Please always complete the online Check-in. Each guest will receive an e-mail with the form when booking their stay.
Our hotel reception is available to you 24 hours a day. In case of any questions, reservations or requests, you can contact us at any time. We will provide you with all the important information regarding your stay in our hotel.
CHECK IN at the hotel is from 2:00 PM.
CHECK OUT at the hotel is until 10:00 AM.
LATE CHECK OUT – If you are interested in early Check – in or late Check – out, please contact the hotel reception. The provision of these additional services depends on the current operational and capacity capabilities of the hotel.
The fee for late Check – out until 1:00 PM is €30, until 4:00 PM – 50% of the room price/1 night
Early Check in – until 10:00 AM – 50% of the room price/1 night, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – €30
Free WI-FI internet access is available throughout the hotel. To gain access, registration in our application is required.
During your stay, free parking is available in the guarded hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot has a capacity of 68 spaces.
In our exceptional hotel restaurant, the chef has prepared a menu for you according to current modern trends. The price of your stay includes breakfast and dinner without drinks.
Dress code in the restaurant – we recommend casual clothing. Entry to the hotel restaurant in swimsuits, bathrobes, shorts or flip-flops is not allowed.
Facilities available to our guests – dry cleaning and laundry services, iron and ironing board for rent, souvenir shop, tourist information services, in-room safe, luggage storage, guest transfer, currency exchange, audiovisual conference equipment rental (flipchart, data projector, plasma TV, as needed…), copying, secretarial services, interpreting, assistant services
When booking, please inform us about your child’s needs. A cot, high chairs, step stool, baby baths, potty, bottle warmer, child safety plugs, baby bathrobe, children’s menu in the restaurant are available on request and free of charge.
At the wellness reception you can purchase basic baby supplies – baby diapers, wet diapers, swimming sleeves or swimming equipment. The restaurant offers a children’s menu.
Every Friday and Saturday the hotel has an entertainment program for children and adults, pool exercises, competitions, children’s parties, discos with mascots. During your stay you can use the services of the children’s corner next to the Lobby bar.
Our hotel accepts the following types of payment cards: Master Card, VISA, VISA Electron, International Maestro, American Express. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards upon arrival.
Hotel Horizont Resort does not have rooms adapted for disabled guests.
Hotel guests have access to a modern professional ski room with ozone cleaning and drying of ski boots, ski racks and a separate entrance from the side of the hotel on the 1st floor. During the winter season, a SKI BUS runs from the hotel to the Tatra resorts at regular intervals.
Staying with pets (dogs and cats) is possible. However, they are not allowed in the dining areas of the restaurant, bars, wellness center, children’s corner. If you are interested, we will be happy to lend you beds, food and water bowls free of charge. The fee for the stay is 20 € / night.
In all public areas, the dog must be on a leash and accompanied by its owner. Animals must not be left unattended. In the event of damage to hotel property, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the damage.
Hotel Horizont Resort is a non-smoking hotel. Guests have access to the Cigar Lounge, located next to the Lobby Bar, and smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terraces. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and a €50 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
The price of your stay includes unlimited access to the hotel’s Mountain Wellness Center (relaxation pool with bar and whirlpool, saunas – salt, Finnish, steam, infrared, relaxation water bed, jacuzzi, relaxation room with waterfall, cooling pool)
We recommend that you book our other wellness services in advance, or upon arrival at Check in. Book massages, treatments or access to the exclusive private zone Vip Sky Lounge.
