FINNISH SAUNA (DRY SAUNA)

Staying in a glass-enclosed Finnish sauna will not only energize and refresh you, but also invigorate and strengthen your health.

The Finnish sauna provides general blood circulation to the body, necessary relaxation and rest, and can be used to treat respiratory problems and skin diseases. It brings cleansing and relaxation, refreshes the body and mind, and helps to achieve physical and psychological balance. The ideal air humidity for the respiratory tract is around 30%, which we achieve by regularly pouring hot stones. The effect of the Finnish sauna lies in the activation of thermoregulatory processes in the body. Blood moves from the inside of the body to the dilated vessels under the surface of the skin, and intense sweating occurs. The body thus gets rid of toxins, the skin becomes healthier and more beautiful.
